Beautiful unused Vintage Goddess cameo from the 60s, representing a mix of the Goddesses Flora and Demeter. This is an enamelled crystal cameo plenty of beautiful details and set onto a gold plated setting, with gold plated chain. The setting measures 24mm x 30 mm / 0,95″ x 1,18″. Chain measures 19″ = 48cm, and links 1.5x2mm.

DEMETER in Greek mythology is the goddess of agriculture, pure nurturer of the young green earth, life-giving cycle of life and death. In Roman mythology Demeter was associated with Ceres. When Demeter was given a genealogy, she was said to be the daughter of the Titans Cronus and Rhea (both sons of Gaea and Uranus), and thus the elder sister of Zeus.
